One phone interview, two face to face interviews, one of them over dinner. This was before their current, humorous proofreading interviews which last hours. The owner was sold this practice by another wealthy friend who must have laughed all the way to the bank.

Lengthy, cumbersome, and a bit ridiculous! Be prepared to fly to Chicago and meet with a shrink that may or may not approve of you after you have been in 3-4 interviews for up to 6 hours at a time.
