White Lodging Guest Service Representative interview questions

Pre screening phone interview, received a phone call with three questions that were recorded and submitted. A couple of weeks later received a phone call from the HR director about the open position. She then asked me a few general questions and forwarded me an assessment test and a link to submit a formal application.

The property did not have a GM at the time so the AGM and lead front desk associate interviewed me. It was quick, lighthearted, and in-depth. They kept it simple and asked about my experience, my desired shift, why I chose hospitality, etc. They were probably so kind because I had no idea what cluster f*ck I was getting into.
