First I had a phone interview with a recruiter, which lasted about an hour. Two weeks later, I had a 2.5 hour interview and met with 3 people, whereby I learned a lot about the position and had the chance to ask and answer several questions. I thought the interview went extremely well and was really excited at the concept of working there. After about 2 weeks, I received an email from the recruiter that I was moving on with the hiring process, which I was of course, excited to hear. However, 3 weeks went on with my following up each week to ask about more details, and I never heard anything from the recruiter again. I tried reaching out to one of the individuals I interviewed with and I heard the same story - that they would check to see what was up and get back to me. They never did. Quite frankly, they sounded like a perfect place to be at, but now it's clear that they didn't have any ability to professionally handle telling individuals that they weren't a fit. If you choose to interview here, I'd personally proceed with caution and not get too excited seeing how they chose to handle things after bringing me in to interview. Continue to interview other places.

First I had an on campus interview with IT Risk Managment principal that lasted about 30 minutes. Then a few days later I received an email to schedule an on-site interview with manager, senior manager, and then IT Risk Managment principal again. Second interview lasted about 2 hours long.
