I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wilson (Tampa, FL) in Jun 2018
Interview
There are 3 main steps to the interview process. Phone interview, face-to-face and another phone. Each time in the interview process, I had to follow-up several times with the recruiter. Which as a recruiter, is so unprofessional! I was given a specific day I would hear back with a decision and weeks after that day. There was still no response. After texting the recruiter and the recruiter asking “who I was?” and going silent for days after. As a potential employee reading the other comments and what I experienced shows how little of value this company puts on gaining potential new employees. I would suggest taking a proactive approach to recruiting, so you can have a lengthy pipeline and people accepting offers.
The interview process at Personify in 2016 was extremely drawn out. There were 4–5 separate interviews stretched over 3–4 weeks between each round, making the entire process exhausting and difficult to stay engaged with. Better communication and a tighter timeline would have gone a long way.
Great interview process, likes to understand skills you have and how they can be used in the role that you have applied for. Its a nice interview put you at easy before starting to ask questions, of which some are challenging
i was first contacted for a phone screen to get my interest. since this was a remote position for a recruiter, the interview was done via video. the interview was thirty minutes in length.
