I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wilson in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process was terrible. Extremely disorganized. I had 3 people reach out to me yet no one knew the exact details of the actual job or were unable to articulate the role properly. How do you not know basic working hours/ compensation/reporting manager and day to day activities?!?!
The interview was basic, going over your resume, strengths and weaknesses.
The follow up was worse. You are told that someone will get back to you via telephone before the end of the week. NO one followed up.
Why work for a company that clearly doesn't hold their end of the bargain. This is what happens when you take the wrong candidates into the recruitment world. Better time management needs to take place and additional management training. As you are STILL in a customer service role!!!

What would your Manager say is one of your weaknesses?
Headhunted via LinkedIn. Then, the first interview was over the phone where they explained the details about the role and asked some questions about my experience so far, salary expectations etc. The next stage is an online video interview. They ask more in-depth questions, with some competency-based questions and they go deeper into my experience and my skills. Final stage is references-check.
