I had a positive interview experience overall. The process consisted of two rounds.
The first round was a screening interview focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying. The interviewer was friendly and made the conversation feel relaxed.
The second round was longer and more in-depth, with a strong focus on behavioural questions. Most of the discussion centered around past experiences and how I handled different situations, using real-life examples to assess my problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. The questions were thoughtful and relevant to the role, and I felt I had enough time to explain my answers.
Overall, the interview process was well-structured, professional, and gave me a good understanding of both the role and the company culture.

Online recorded video interview, with 5 questions and 2 additional written tasks. The questions are very clear and positon related. The interview took 45 mins. I had to talk about my prevous work experience and I received three situations.

Online interview with prerecorded questions. HireVue system is not very reliable. In the middle of the interview, the system crashed and my interview was submitted with unanswered questions. I emailed the recruitment team about the issue, also attached the screenshots but they never responded to my emails. After a week, I received an automated rejection email. Really negative experience.
