Interview
After submitting application, I got a pre-interview test which consisted of short questions to see if your values are aligned with the company. After one month, there were one group assessment interview and another panel interview with the senior management. Both interviews lasted from 30 mins to 1 hour. The whole recruitment process from submitting application to receiving offer took around 3 months.

In person, with two senior engineers. Group interview also included, as well as one HR interview. Interview with engineers was around one hour long, with prewritten questions of varying difficulty.
