I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wood

Over online video.
Very casual, only 30 minutes long.
Questions based on my CV and some generic HR questions.
Overall positive experience but I felt they didn’t sell the role very well.
They offer a car allowance- but as they only offered me my current salary (29,000) I wasn’t keen on using my own car to get to site all the time, which is why I didn’t accept the offer.
