There is a first round of online interviews that are a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Then there is an assessment center that consists of a technical, HR and group interviews. Most of the staff present made you feel very comfortable, though, at points the culture of the company came to question. One of the female applicants that I met was made to feel very uncomfortable when a big deal was made over the fact that she asked a question on inclusivity and equality at Wood. The head of the graduate application process approached her after the interview and defended their lack of female representation calling the process industry a 'male dominated' one. Additionally, sustainability was heavily focused on during the presentation of the company but it was not really noticeable when talking to other graduates currently working there when they were describing the projects they were involved in.
