Interview
I was a special case. I had two separate interviews, 1st with the Marketing Director and 2nd in a group setting. On my first interview, the Marketing Director was very approachable, attentive and clear with her expectations for this position as Graphic Designer. The initial interview went longer than expected, but I the interview covered all my initial questions such as benefits/roles and responsibilities/what kind of projects/etc. 2nd interview was to go in-depth my skills sets/qualification due to salary negotiation (whether or not to I was qualified for higher compensation/or even a good fit for the position).
