YAI - Seeing beyond disability Assistant Applied Behavior Support Specialist interview questions

First there was a long (about one hour or so) group interview. Then each interviewee had a one on one Interview with two of the HR personnel. The HR personnel went over the work schedule (no flexibility) and the salary (very discouraging). Then they asked if you were okay with both, if not there is no need to continue. Once you reject the offer, they ask if you would be interested in other positions within the agency. If you answer with a yes, your told an HR person will contact you. They are very quick on calling you back, however no promises on finding another job quickly.
