I was contacted after submitting my resume by someone from the human resource department to schedule an interview the next day. I was inform that it will be a group interview. Later an email was sent to me with instructions. I research the company that night and filled out their application. When i arrived, there were about 6 other candidates (some with their Masters and Bachelors). The panel interviewee initiates the interview by introducing themselves (make sure you remember their name because they do ask you for it in the end). Then, they ask you to introduce yourselves (make sure you prepare this the night before of a good introduction for yourself). They precede with the interview by asking you questions (not you in general but every candidates as a whole) about the company. Then they ask scenario questions (my advice for those questions is to remember that these people (with DD) have rights and they should be treated fairly and with respect no matter the situation; Never violate their rights. After the group interview is over, they ask you to feel out additional paper work. Candidates that completes the additional paper work are called for a one on one interview with someone from the panel. During that time they will explained to you the process after the first interview. I've never made it to the second interview, but the company seems like a good place to work. The interviews are competitive, so make sure you are prepared. Take precaution answering the scenario questions. Hope this help!!!
