Interview
The interview process is great. They had two rounds of phone interviews and then went to in person interview that lasted for 4 hours with 30 minutes allocated to each person to interview with them. Then they showed the production floor and it was like a full fledge factory with every type of equipment needed for testing and assembling the system. Very good to see that manufacturing is still happening in the United States.

- What was your role in completing CAPAs
- How good if your troubleshooting on the production floor
- What type of fixtures have you worked with and what did you do to make them work and also how did you know if they effective
first round was just a conversation. Asked about my hobbies and then more about me which led to me talking about previous projects. talked for about 25 minutes on teams.

Interview
I had a phone interview with a recruiter first. A week or so later, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then 2-3 weeks later, I had an onsite interview.
