Interview
The interview process is great. They had two rounds of phone interviews and then went to in person interview that lasted for 4 hours with 30 minutes allocated to each person to interview with them. Then they showed the production floor and it was like a full fledge factory with every type of equipment needed for testing and assembling the system. Very good to see that manufacturing is still happening in the United States.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter first. A week or so later, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then 2-3 weeks later, I had an onsite interview.
