People skills oriented and some scenario questions. Emphasis on communication, approaching project phases, what to do in a certain scenario, etc. Standard interview questions and very nice people. Nothing over the top or too difficult.
The entire process took around three months. One of the most time-consuming parts was a case study that I had to prepare and present to the team. I didn’t feel that the people involved were trying to present themselves properly as a team. I was asked many challenging questions and felt like I was in a competition rather than a collaborative discussion. I also didn’t really get the opportunity to understand how they work together. They seemed more like a group of individual experts than a cohesive team. In the end, I received a generic refusal without any explanation of what was lacking or what they were looking for.

The interview process starts with phone interviews then moves to in person or zoom interviews. Met with several managers who all asked difficult Targeted Selection (STAR) questions. Study your past actions and prepare well.
