Interview
This is an in-depth interview process. Zscaler is, wisely, very selective with who they hire so bring your A-Game!
There were three parts to this interview process. First, a short call with their recruiting department. Second, an interview with one of the SDR Managers where you do some mock cold calling. Third and most challenging of all, a panel interview where you present a PPT explaining why you are choosing Zscaler, what your weekly routine would look like, researching two leads and what your emails to them would look like, mock cold calling, and a little about yourself personally and professionally.
