One question they asked me, which is not one I'd heard before, was how I planned on managing the two of them. That is not an easy question when you do not know the person(s). I answered as best I could, based on my own personal past experiences managing the executives I'd supported.
Where I want to be in 20 years.. I'm not even sure where I want to be at the end of this year! It definitely got me thinking though...
