Good interview process, with polite and knowledgeable person on the other end .
Punctuality and good behaviour.
The company is good for learning. Work from home and leaves are good option here. Time to time festival celebrations is also one plus point
HR reached out to me and asked to schedule phone interview. I gave them my availability, but they were persistent on a same day phone interview (when I responded to their email). A lot of emailing back and forth to not do a scheduled phone interview. Since I had some time, I figured why not at this point. But they called me a little later than scheduled. The HR talked a lot and was a quick phone interview.
