Interview
Very easy, company has no hiring standards although a criminal background examined is required. Applied online, interviewed about my short and long term interests. Very simple to accommodate extremely low retention rate. This job is a prison with doors, once employees realize the conditions and are able to secure better employment they leave immediately. New orientations are held bi-monthly to match resignation rate.
During the interview they make you feel as though everything is perfect. Only when you get inside and realize Management is poor. They don't care about lower staff. Depending on which campaign you work for your salary can be a lumpsum with lots of overtime. They do have lots of room for moving up the ladder. But as I said, the Management is Poor.

I walked in about 15 minutes early, took a short typing test to verify that I was above 25 WPM with 90% accuracy (which is their basic requirement), then sat down in a room for a one-on-one interview where they asked very simple questions.
