The questions dealt with how we handled certain situations in sales and overcame obstacles, or how we would pitch the products based on some advertisements they put on the table to look at. The 2 interviewers I had were very abrupt and made me uncomfortable. One kept telling to answer only using the "star format". Having never, ever heard of this I was unable to do that and the interview ended up being very confusing and embarrassing for me.
