Kodiak Labor Solutions brings decades of focused experience across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction. Built within a national mechanical contractor, we understand the industry from the inside out — and that perspective shapes how we serve both professionals and craft workers nationwide.
We operate in three complementary workforce divisions:
Direct Hire Recruiting – Permanent placement of engineering, project management, executive leadership, BIM/VDC, project controls, financial, ConTech, and operational professionals for leading AEC, EPC, MEP, and industrial contractors.
Craft Staffing – Deployment of skilled local and travel-ready craft professionals including pipefitters, welders, electricians, millwrights, HVAC technicians, and other specialty trades supporting large-scale capital projects.
Project Services – Flexible, contract-based engineering, project controls, and field leadership support for complex construction programs when owners and contractors need experienced professionals deployed quickly.
