Mercy Health Services (MD)

In celebration of Mercy Medical Center’s 150th anniversary, the hospital recently hosted a community fair for Mercy employees and their families. Several hundred attended, enjoying live music, DJ Purnell and His Dynamic Dancers, food stations, photo booth, children’s activities like face painting and caricature artists, food trucks from Taharka Brothers, Crazy Puddings, and Deddle’s Mini-Donuts, and more. In addition, Mercy employees were recognized for donating 5,000+ hours of community volunteer efforts with “community partners in mission” throughout the 2024, such as B’more for Healthy Babies, Point Discovery Children’s Museum, Ronald McDonald House, First Fruits Farm, Our Daily Bread, Marian House, etc., as well as holding collections for the Mount Royal Elementary Middle School, taking part in the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade, etc. ...Show more
