Pros
The only pro I could give this sad pathetic place is that they give you lots of vacation time or as they call personal time off.
Cons
The place is run by Multicare who could care less about you as an individual. They do these stupid employee appreciation days here and there and they are so phony about it that it makes you want to puke. Terrible leadership and puppet managers run the place. Staff are the lowest in the barrel because no one wants to work there so they hire the first one to show up for an interview. They place people in upper management that have no skills in their positions. They are out into those positions because they are friends of the CEO or the COO then they hire terrible people to do what should be their job to do. Management style is bullying people around with intimidation style tactics. No matter how good you are or how good you do your job you will never get any credit for it or have any chance of advancement. I was there almost 18 years and basically did the same job the whole time as they bring people in over you because the VP women doesn’t want to be exposed as a complete fraud that she is and was in her position. Avoid this place at all cost.
