Trio Healthcare was formed in 2016. Our vision – to become a trusted and respected provider of post-acute healthcare and senior care services. Our mission is simple: “To make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve by providing competent, compassionate and outcome-oriented care – every day.”
Trio currently operates 21 senior care facilities, including 12 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and assisted living centers in the state of Virginia and 9 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, assisted living, and senior independent living centers in the state of Ohio.
