Pros
Small facility, parking close to the building and a couple of good co-workers.
Cons
Almost never have enough nurses/aides and have to run short handed, a lot of lazy co-workers, no teamwork, building needs updating and is in dis-repair (falling apart), entire building filthy, never have supplies, broken equipment, only one shower room for entire building and only one shower in it works, lack of linen, so many bad attitudes and management seems nonexistent :(
