      Pros

      Corporate is very helpful, and my local branch has the best co-workers. Training is comprehensive, and they provide great sales materials & strategies. They also invite and welcome feedback

      Cons

      The only con I could think of is that some of the software we use is a little outdated/clunky but it's not a big deal
