      They give me a lot of hours and over time

      Cons

      I’m still working as a temp for them, so I don’t get paid as much. I’ve been working at elevate for almost 8 months and still a temp, even though I know how to operate the machine I work on everyday

      Pros

      Its a staffing agency so they do all the searching and placement.

      Cons

      There are no benefits of any kind except for sick pay after accumulation of a certain amount of hours, but the agency gives you a hard time or makes it difficult to actually get that benefit.
