      Environment, excellent staff, integrity, service, pay, benefits, leadership, advancement opportunity, flexibility.

      Cons

      I haven’t experienced any cons in my time with @Work.

      Pros

      Flexibility in scheduling. If you can't work a specific day, just let them know and you're all set. Typically good group of people to work with as far as fellow flaggers go.

      Cons

      Communication isn't always there. Last minute schedule changes can sometimes fail to reach flaggers and companies aren't always in communication with the @work office.
