They are hassle-free environment who actually cares about the employee they are professional and friendly rolled in one.

Cons

The only down side is I would love a job that allows me to advance and use my complete skill set.

Pros

Great job experience, especially if it is one of your first. Most of the employees are very professional and nice. The work is very complicated, but with the right mind set, the job becomes fairly easy.

Cons

They have a hard time keeping some employees from starting rumors. Another con is that they do not work with restrictions, for example, pregnancy.
