Pros

Before coming to AtWork, I'd never had the privilege of working for a Christian employer. The difference is staggering. I always feel like the company leadership and even the owners are always interested in me as a person just as much as they are interested in running a successful business. The rest of the employees feed on that, and AtWork has quickly become like another set of family members for me.

Cons

Any time that you are working hand in hand with the general public there can be bumps in the road, particularly when you are working with their employment needs. It can be a challenge sometimes. But working for AtWork itself has very little cons.

Pros

I love being a staffing manager with AtWork Personnel Services. It is a stressful position but the benefits of working with friends and for a great company make it all worth while.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that it is sometimes hard to keep up with the work load and all the many hats that we have to wear.
