      Franchise setup to fail

      Pros

      Nice people in corporate that are knowledgeable.

      Cons

      You are relying on franchise owners to know what they are doing. It is also up to them on how they want to run their franchise. We had trackers on our phones and cameras recording us in the office. This was used to eavesdrop into conversations and punish staff if they didn't like what they were hearing. No break on insurance, they don't cover any of the costs.

      Great place to work!

      Pros

      I've enjoyed my time as a Direct Hire Recruiter. I learned how to recruit for many different positions and got support from management and coworkers when needed. I was able to work a remote and hybrid schedule and build relationships with clients, as well as flex my time for a better work-life balance, contributing to my overall happiness.

      Cons

      I can't think of any.

      Micromanaging, poor work/life balance, inconsistent work
