Treatment of employees, flexible PTO, work life balance

I've been in the workforce for almost 30 years and I have never worked for any company like 1800 Contacts. They take care of their employees a wide range of ways. The pay scale is excellent. I usually don't even bother looking at benefits if the pay isn't right and 1800 Contacts does not skimp there at all. The medical, dental, vision (that goes without saying) 401k and other traditional benefits are at minimum standard but usually well above. Then there is everything else!!! The provided me the best work from home equipment I have ever experienced. They have a health program where you can regally earn money (actual gift cards) for taking care of yourself. Every full time employee was given stock (I'm serious, everyone!!) There is a yearly bonus based on the growth of the company and your personal performance and the first year I was here the company grew 300% (that was a very nice bonus). There are regular opportunities to donate time, energy and resources to both local and international community. There is more than this but these are the ones I am taking advantage of. I am actively trying to get all of my family to work here, that's how excited I am about this group. Honestly they are going to have to pry me out of here with a crowbar. I'm not leaving.
