Pros

Decent pay to start out. The company hosts events every once in a while.

Cons

Management lives in their own world. When asks for suggestions to improve, suggestions are usually taken with a grain of salt and ignored. Pointless to give feedback.

Micromanagement is very common from people that are not even management.
