Pros

Affordable, comprehensive benefits including free vision benefit at the on-site ophthalmologist. Bonuses available such as earnings, extra breaks, and increased time off. Outstanding, fun company culture with hyper focus on exceptional customer service, employee happiness, and community engagement. Employees are given the tools and trust to give customers the best service I've ever seen with little effort or stress on the employees' part. A large portion of management and service employees have been with the company for 10+ years, which really says something about their satisfaction.

Cons

This is a sales position! They make it very clear throughout the application and training process that customer service (phone and chat) are sales jobs and employees are expected to meet sales performance metrics. While that can be intimidating and not for everyone, the minimum requirements are completely attainable with reasonable effort.

Pros

Pros: Set Schedule, Friendly coworkers, help available when questions arise. Small gifts given to show appreciation. Everyone is very nice and helpful, you can ask a lot of questions and you will get help to improve.

Cons

Cons, training needs improvement the main focus is on "mindsets" instead of practical teaching on how to do the actual job. everything is extremely monitored, they know the percentage of time you are on the phone, the average calls you take per hour, your sales, your average sales per call, etc, etc, etc, etc....... Even if your sales are amazing that won't be nearly enough to earn a bonus. Making it very difficult to earn a bonus. Angry customers often. Quote from a top leader in the company "We teach people how to think" what if you can already think for yourself!!!!

Thanks for leaving this post. We will pass this information along to our training coordinators. This is a new approach we are taking for frontline training. Because we are very unconventional in the way we run our call center (i.e. no checklists, few if any scripts, etc.) we wanted to make sure the mindset was understood before the practical teaching took place. It sounds like we may need to make a few changes to the process and get additional feedback from recent hires to see if this sentiment is shared.
