1-800 Contacts is a great place to work! Work life balance could use some work in the way of vacation time off.

Pros

The culture and people are exceptional. Great restaurant on site, gym, excellent benefits package.

Cons

Not as easy to make a bonus as management claims it is, based on metrics. Extremely competitive, as everyone would like to move up the ladder.
