Team atmosphere, everyone dedicated to doing their part, ideas can be shared among all levels of the organization, best cafeteria, film festivals, summer events, the list goes on and on...

Cons

Change is always a difficult thing in any organization. When change occurs it is sometimes difficult for associates to feel comfortable.

They hire managers and leaders from within the company. They not only preach taking care of the customer but they actually do it. The people there are great to work with. The environment is very positive.

Cons

It can be very competitive to work up within the company and it can take some time for the opportunities to open up.
