Pros

I loved working at contacts. They had awesome benefits, incentives, bonuses, and I felt like I had control over my job and flexibility. They even worked with me after I had to have emergency surgery at the end of my maternity leave. Loved my managers a lot.

Cons

Long hours on the phone and not very long breaks.

Pros

Many benefits, including onsite restaurant, free coffee, drinks, snacks, massage people onsite. Theres a gym inside the building, as well as plenty of more fun items, like the game room full of different old-school, and new console games.

Cons

Pay wasn't very great in the Compliance department.
