Pros

People are so nice. Your manager will love helping you develop and move up in the company if you’re willing to work with them.

Cons

Starting wage isn’t that great, but you have a lot of potential for big performance incentives.

Pros

They say they don’t have turnover but the back to back calls and the fact they’re always begging people to work OT begs to differ. They have certain stats they want you to meet but it’s never good enough.

Cons

Work from home. Good company culture.
