Pros

Working at 1-800 Contacts has been an incredible experience. It’s hands down the best job I’ve ever had. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely valued. The company culture is something special—collaborative, innovative, and full of incredibly smart people who are always willing to share their knowledge and help you grow. What really sets 1-800 Contacts apart is how much they care about their employees. Leadership consistently shows that they’re invested in our well-being and success, and it’s clear that people come first here. It’s rare to find a company that combines high performance with such a strong sense of community and care. If you’re looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful, I can’t recommend 1-800 Contacts enough.

Cons

Compensation and some benefits such as 401k match could be a little better.

Best. Company. Ever.

Pros

Smart people who care about each other and work hard to make the business succeed. What more could you want? Perks? Yeah - they have those too. Onsite grill with amazing food, a fitness center, fun events, team building activities, hybrid work environment (1-2 days / week in the office, which is the best of both worlds).

Cons

Only a single sand volleyball court so on Wed mornings, the pickup games get packed and sometimes you have to sit out for a rotation.
