Pros

Free Cereal and snacks Restaurant in the building with low prices

Cons

The culture felt a little like a brainwash, I always felt that everyone there had drank the Kool-Aid because even when things were clearly not so great they were always “SO EXCITED TO GO TO WORK, ITS SO AMAZING!” I always felt that I was out of place because I didn’t buy into the hype. It was a call center job and it still sucked to talk to customers sometimes. And I felt that I was extremely micro managed, even though I always did my best to learn what to do in order to improve my scores, I was always prepared for all the meetings with questions and concerns.
