      Pros

      The second I walked in the door to start my training I could tell that this was going to be a great company to work for. All of the employees were happy and had a smile on their faces. The training was amazing and the company has so many perks that it offers. You can tell that they really care for all of the employees.

      Cons

      There is no cons about the company that I work for.

      Pros

      Managers listen and execute an idea if you have one. The don't hassle you if you want to take days off. We have food trucks and fun events. They always include every holiday and have something for it.

      Cons

      There are weekend shifts that people have to work.

      Pros

      A company that continues to disrupt the healthcare industry and continues to beat revenue and KPI goals year after year. A world class customer satisfaction score that continues to beat expectations. All while remaining focused on the concerns and feedback from associates in order to improve the associate experience. Also, every employee owns stock in 1800 at 90 days which gives everyone motivation for success.

      Cons

      I would love to see a continued focus on how to make hybrid and remote work exist well with the excellent in person environment.
