Pros

This company values their employees and takes great care of them. If you want to work in a fun, exciting place, this is it.

Cons

Some of the downsides were just the mundane and repetitive aspects of my customers service rep job. It was fun talking to and serving people from all over the country, but at times the day would drag.

Pros

The culture and people are exceptional. Great restaurant on site, gym, excellent benefits package.

Cons

Not as easy to make a bonus as management claims it is, based on metrics. Extremely competitive, as everyone would like to move up the ladder.
