Pros

Comfortable work environment. Nice people and good atmosphere. They definitely care about their employees. Nice amenities

Cons

Less upward mobility than I'd like to see. No shaded parking :0)

Pros

Very methodical in their decision making from the top down. Contacts has a very good program for focusing on their talent, and they know how to make work fun.

Cons

Senior management is primarily financial people, so as a marketing professional, there was a little lack of creativity, and they need a strong CMO to really make the firm strong. Without that, the rest of the executive team will run over marketing and things can get a little dull on the creative strategy front.
