Pros

You'll never run out of work opportunities here. The other agents who work here are great

Cons

It seems like everyone management and higher doesn't know what they are doing. This is a sales job even though it's advertised as support. Management doesn't seem to have the proper skills to help coach you in a meaningful and personal way. And management definitely doesn't take feedback (well, if you throw a tantrum they will listen to you with zero intention to digest any of it. Their answer is already prepared and YOU will be called out). There are several people on each team dealing with housing insecurity because the pay is so low. My friend told her manager she was losing her housing situation only to be told "why aren't you working more hours? We have overtime." She was already working 50 hours per week. It saddens me to see managers boasting about being "gangsters" all the time when we don't know where we are going to live or eat next month.

Pros

Working from home is the only benefit

Cons

This is a sales job masquerading as customer service. Oh you'll do loads of customer service but you only get paid if you make sales, in fact the more customer service calls you get the less you get paid, you may not even make the minimum due to customer service calls but you have no control over how many of those calls you get. Basically you can be the best sales person out there but if they only send you service calls, you're going to fail. It's a feature not a bug. I reported several errors in their system that directly affected agents pay and called for a company meeting about it but they did not invite me to it nor let me watch it until they day after they let me go. If you consider this job, consider forming a union with the other agents.

Pros

You have breakfast foods and a Micro Market to get some food at work if you don't want to bring lunch. As well as, a Grill where food gets delivered from the big corporate office where they have everything.

Cons

Basically I hate the changes going on and it doesn't feel like a safe or fun environment to work in. They let people go willy nilly and don't give you the full reason. It feels like everyone is walking on eggshells and they hide information. This company preaches Development and Transparency but they do not fulfil those categories. Everything that the corporate heads do or higher ups, seem shady and mysterious. I don't feel job security anymore, and don't have a lot of motivation anymore. It feels like the company is going to fail (Liingo that is). Anyway a lot of work seems to just fill time and not be productive. when there is work we seem to just rush through nd fix problems later which turns into busy work. The problem is I get paid pretty well so it makes it hard to find a job somewhere else. So I feel the need to work until I just get fired like the rest of people. I have tried my hardest over the years I've worked here and they pick and choose who gets recognized (I get it, but my performance outdid some others) Oh well back to work it is.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this review. If you’re open to meeting with us, we’d love to sit down, virtually or in-person, to talk through some of the challenges and frustrations you’ve been facing. We understand that organizational changes can often trigger uncertainty or even anxiety for those directly or indirectly impacted, so we highly encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner, Luis Lopez, or any member of our HR leadership team. We’re here to listen, address the concerns you’ve shared, and partner with you to identify solutions. To anyone reading this review, we want to address the concern that people at our organization are let go with little to no thought. Organizational changes, which can take place for different reasons, are never casually made. Our people continue to be incredibly important to us, and so if a decision to part ways is ever reached, it’s only after every other option has been exhausted and it’s what will ultimately be best for the business, our people, and even the individual or individuals impacted. Details about organizational changes are typically not shared as we want to respect the privacy of those exiting our company.
