Pros

Has great benefits with health and even things like discounted on site food. Game room, gym, parties. Some great people.

Cons

False opportunity to move up. Must fit a very slim profile to move up. Only look at stats and numbers not other leadership qualities

Pros

1800Contacts is a great place of opportunity. They have all kinds of opportunities to try different departments and to move up the ladder. Increase in pay is always a possibility. And the bonus pay structure is phenomenal. It goes up to $6+ per hour payed out monthly.

Cons

1st year employees are required to work at least 1 day of the weekend. Even after the first year it is very hard to get the weekend off sometimes to be able to work only weekdays. The tuition reimbursement doesn't apply to you at all until after 6 months of employment. Any FMLA or Personal Leave of Absence can't be taken until after 6 months of employment.
