Pros

1800Contacts has the best Customer Service Values.I haven't seen any other company who values it as much as they do.

Pros

Great company to work for, they have great perks. (on site chef with super affordable gourmet food, gratis soda bar, top eye insurance, etc) Overall enjoyable low drama environment to work in.

Cons

Wages slightly lower since the perks are factored in. Enticed with work from home option (told as soon as after 90 days), which is technically true but hard to get the few positions available.
