Pros

Company is both financially healthy and able to maintain a good work life balance. Nice Compensation package. Flexable PTO.

Cons

Nothing super pressing that needs to change. For remote workers that still come into the office frequently it would be nice to have a permanent desk setup.

Pros

the company has a unique vibe and attitude and occasionally hosted fun events. there was a huge cafeteria area that offered a variety of foods to chose from

Cons

underpaid, overworked, and undervalued. I wasn't making a livable wage and was given severe penalties any time I made even a slight mistake. the department I worked out of was an essential part of the company - if we stopped working the entire company would break down. and yet we were barely paid anything. asking for time off was a hassle and being even 10 minutes late lead to even more penalities
