      Great company all around

      Pros

      Good management that actually cares about their employees. Plenty of opportunities for job growth. A lot of benefits. Honestly this job helped me to get back on my feet at a time when I was really struggling. Everyone will have their own opinions but I really feel like this company is worth trying to see if you fit.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit lower, generally a low average for the area. Management is not perfect just like at any job. There will always be someone you do not get along with no matter where you work, 1800 is not an exception to this.

      A mixture of good and bad

      Pros

      The outbound senior operations manager is amazing. The paybands are built to reward you for how hard you are willing to work. Flexible shifts allow work and like to mix well.

      Cons

      HR (they call them business partners) are snakes in the grass. Employees have been reported for saying racist things but being friendly with the BP’s no action is ever taken. Some employees are not required to work like the other making an unfair balance BP’s have engaged in inappropriate relationships with associates

      A company that embraces its values

      Pros

      The leadership team is the best I have ever worked with. They are humble, but bold and not afraid to make difficult decisions. They take time to listen and truly understand the needs of employees, customers and owners. As a large private company, all employees have stock options, which I have never seen before. Definitely one of my favorite places I have ever worked.

      Cons

      I have very few if any cons for working at 1-800. As a smaller company, there are fewer opportunities for promotions at the higher levels, but other than that, I have really enjoyed my time with the company
