Pros

The people here are amazing, I love our team and the challenging work we get to do. We also have great benefits, every employee has equity in the company (this is awesome), a grill onsite for when you are working in office, options for hybrid or remote work depending on the role and team, and the best part is working for a company that cares - about associates, the community, and customers.

Cons

Remote work has made it harder to get together with the team, but how can you complain about flexibility?

Pros

- The benefits package - Diversity - inclusive of people from all walks of life.

Cons

-This job is not how it was portrayed in recruitment. I was told light sales and more customer service. This is you will sell or you will be cut. So if you know that going into the job you will be fine. -High turnover- again its all about sales, so so many people are not making the sales you get cut -The fake personas are real. Its portrayed as this family oriented, peace to all good spirited company in reality they are just wanting you to bonus so that the share holders make money. -The other review that talks about if you have a bad chat day it can make your sales go down tremendously. - The dreaded point system- for taking time off. -the pay is low for what the job actually entails.
