This company has been amazing from the very beginning. Everyone here is awesome. Sometimes a little to nice , where every email you send gets a reply like, "OMG thank you so much for reaching out today' . If that makes sense. It's just weird lol. The thing is they genuinely mean it. So not used to that. They empower their employees to grow and succeed in any direction that employee wants to go. They are super supportive of you trying new things. Offering opportunity to job shadow other departments and even tuition reimbursement. Employees are trusted and empowered to make decisions on their own . There is a very supportive environment so you never feel thrown to the wolves. I'm a remote worker they supplied all the equipment I needed. And quickly replace anything if necessary. They send me gifts just for being a part of the team. I can work as much overtime as I want. Employees can trade schedules . I can go on and on. I have been working here 7 months now. I won't ever quit I plan to work here for the rest of my career. I found my people!

Cons

Ummmmmmmm the only thing I can think of is that if you add your schedule to the trade board and someone picks up your hours you are not notified immediately. Hopefully the person lets you know or you just keep checking. That's literally all I got.
